The database uses non-standard field names to describe facts and events that have been found about listed Individuals & Families:
Parentage
- records the earliest known/found reference(s) to an individual's parentage, the parents' names and (often) their occupations. Where no recorded reference to an individual's parents has (yet) been found, their parentage may have been recorded as Assumed.
Occupation
- records occupations that are known for an individual and when - the year - it was recorded. This information have been drawn (mainly) from Parish Register entries (children's baptisms, marriages & burials), Civil Registration certificates (children's births, marriages & deaths), Census returns. In some cases, an individual's occupation may only have been recorded a long time after their deaths (such as in Dade style baptism records.)
Burial Status
- records the known family relationships at the time of an individuals death.
Partners
- records information about a groom & bride, including their recorded names, status (bach., spnr., etc.), occupations and dwelling at the time of marriage.
Rites
- records whether marriage was conducted by Licence or after Banns.
Minister
- records the name of the officiating minister, registrar, etc. at the marriage.
